Vipt may request identity documents or other supporting materials at any time as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is successfully completed.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on vipt:

Deposit:

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.
• Deposits can be made via mobile banking or bank transfer.
• If you experience any issue with a deposit, contact the support team with your transaction ID.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until bonus-related wagering requirements are met.
• Daily withdrawal limits may apply and vary depending on your account's VIP level.

All bonuses and promotional offers on vipt are subject to the following general terms. Individual bonuses may also carry their own specific conditions.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require you to wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount before withdrawal (typically 20× to 40×).
• Bonus Validity: If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will expire.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are valid for use on specific games only.
• Misuse: If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be voided and the account may be suspended.

The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only and must be claimed at the time of the first deposit. It cannot be claimed at a later date.

Key Gaming Rules:

• Operating games using bots, automation, or artificial intelligence
• Money Laundering or Transactions Involving Illegal Funds
• Attempting to harm the platform in collusion with other users
• Intentionally exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in any game
• Registration Under a False Identity

Vipt believes gaming should be a form of entertainment. We never want it to have a negative impact on anyone's life.

To that end, vipt provides the following features:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit in advance for any given period.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gaming for a few days.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to permanently close your account on a long-term basis.
